aytacg26 Posted June 20, 2012 Share Posted June 20, 2012 We have purchased Sold and Reduction Countdown Module of Vietmoonlight from Addons on 15th of June (Order # 72078) and after purchasing the module, we have realized that it has language problems and also compatibility problems with Internet explorer. Since than, we are writing developer for support but unfortunately, developer does not respond any of our questions and does not give a single support. His modules are waste of time and money. We believe that his modules shouldn't be presented in addons.prestashop.com. We purchased two modules and one theme from addons.prestashop and in those two purchases, we got excellent support from developers except from the module of vietmoonlight. On descriptions; it was written as module is compatible with IE, Google Chrome etc. But after installation of module, we realized that it does not compatible with IE and also we have realized it is was not possible to translate languages of the module. For many times, We asked developer for support but even lots of support mails and even lots of messages via his skype address which was given on his website, he did not responed a single message and he did not reply a single mail. Purchasing his modules can be waste of time and waste of money, because in case any problem on module, you will not be able to get a single support from developer.
