Error on Customer Invoice detailed items

When a customer completes the purchase and list the invoice, always appear an ipod item and cost added to the total, that’s the customer never buy. The ipod product isn’t in the catalog.

This is a new bug, I was building the shop and in the past the invoice was good, this starts to happen when I erase completely the purchase history.

The prestashop version is the 1.4.7.0, new installed

Look at the cart for the order #17. Is it iPod here? If not, it is a problem with PDF invoice. If yes, it is a problem with the cart or order.

 

Did you have any non-removed old orders or order details in database?

same problem here with a new shop ,

never had this before

 

Since i deleted the standard products like ipods , laptops ,,

it started in this shop

the customers get also in their pdf invoice an extra item

 

in the email everything is ok but in pdf invoice i got this extra item ,, real strange

Maybe problem with database. Cannot say more without an inspection.

for sure it is Db related ,

strange part is i did delete al testorders , products , etc etc in the database (with the detrunk option)

and no old orders or even what anymore in the DB

 

i did solve this one to use an other Database from an other shop i had build and ofcourse changed the needed parts for this new shop

 

for me it works now but i'm still curious about this problem and so i will compare these two Databases to see where it did went wrong ,,

 

i come back on this one
