I know that the link is sent in the order confirmation email, but I always thought the link could also be found in your order history to download directly. A customer contacted me this evening to let me know that nothing was downloading. I've checked it myself, click and nada! Any ideas? All help greatly appreciated! Can anyone shed any light as to what might have happened? Getting a bit worried now, as I really have no idea what to do. I have tried different browsers to see if that makes a difference, but the links are just not downloading! Is there anywhere else I can ask for help? Or anyone I can approach for paid help? Bruno Leveque Posted July 13, 2012 Share Posted July 13, 2012 Hi, This issue was reported by Wendy on the Forge: http://forge.prestashop.com/browse/PSCFI-5962 I double-checked on a fresh install of PrestaShop (v1.4.8.2) and this issue seems to be already resolved.
