[Solved] Downloadable products - link not working - help, please!

Evening everyone! :)

 

I have provided downloads on my site for a long time without any problems.

 

I know that the link is sent in the order confirmation email, but I always thought the link could also be found in your order history to download directly.

 

A customer contacted me this evening to let me know that nothing was downloading. I've checked it myself, click and nada!

 

Any ideas?

 

All help greatly appreciated! Pic below, red arrow points towards where I am clicking with no results!

Still looking for answers, if anyone can help! Have also asked for help in bug tracker thingy, but no responses there either!

 

Can anyone shed any light as to what might have happened? Getting a bit worried now, as I really have no idea what to do. I have tried different browsers to see if that makes a difference, but the links are just not downloading!

 

Is there anywhere else I can ask for help? Or anyone I can approach for paid help?
