Virtual product(s) available for download email not sending

Hi Ive just started to get a lot of customers tell me they aren't getting their Virtual product(s) available for download email. Ive tested it and its stopped sending, was working fine a few weeks ago.

 

During the check out process I notice my delivery step is empty, it usually says via email. I click on next and it just jumps to order history. I get an email to say and order has been place but then no virtual product available to download email. Any ideas?
