Add new option to cart like Gift packing

Hello,

 

I would like to request the assistance of friends on a point of development.

I would like to add an option "Notification" to cart. This option appears at the same level as the "Gift packing".

This option will be handled as the "Gift packing". ie ability to enable / disable in the back office can add a price.

 

This option "Notification" will allow me to keep the customer informed via SMS of each change in status of his order.

 

In short, it is duplicate the "gift packing" and that the price of service is added to the total invoice price.
