Loyalty points aren't posting to customer's account

Hi! I need help please. I've been working on this for hours, and don't know what I'm doing wrong. I'm testing the loyalty rewards points to see if they will work before the site goes live. I'm using Prestashop v1.4.8.2.

 

Do I have to set up discount vouchers for loyalty reward points to work? The tutorial didn't specify that I needed to, so I don't believe I do. I've tried both ways, but the customer's account keeps saying "No reward points yet."

 

Everything is set up to go. I've attached a screenshot of my values and results. I'm still testing things out, which explains why the values are so low. They will eventually change once I get it to work fine.

 

Ratio: $0.05 = 1 reward point (will eventually change to $10.00)

1 point = $0.01 for the discount (will eventually change to $1.00)

Never mind... It's working now. I cleared my cache and purchased another item at the store, which actually worked fine. The points are posting perfectly, and I'm so relieved. Love this mod!

 

If someone could please mark this as solved, I'd appreciate it.
