tdr170 Posted June 16, 2012 Share Posted June 16, 2012 Please give a link to your site, also the image size shown does not indicate the size you should upload but the size Prestashop will convert the image too. jassy Posted June 17, 2012 Author Share Posted June 17, 2012 dear tdr170 thx for your followup assistance. here's the thing: 1) the website link has been PM for your ref. should you need any other access, do advise. 2) i hv looked into the directory public_html/img/p, the photo is not there. however i found that category photo in public_html/img/c, which does make sense, i found other category photos there. 3) nope, i hv not deleted those test orders, default photos etc that came in the initial startup of the program. i only use replacement method or disabling the display method. this is because, im keeping them for future reference. pls advise what else could i do. i hv tried refresh & resave etc. & retried on the next day basis, but still doesnt show. rgds jassy Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If you wish to keep the images download them to a backup folder on your computer and remember those images are always in the original download of Prestashop.
