Cannot find google checkout module in the RC1

Recommended Posts

Hi Mike,

I see the module in the module list but when i try to install it, i get an error : "Module non trouvé". When i look at the folder, i cannot see all the files for the modules. The same error is on the svn version. Before i could install the gcheckout with the beta 3. Now i dont see it.

Can you verify in the svn version please ?

Thank you for your help

James,

From what I understand all of the payment modules are drawn from the addons store. Try adding it from there

Can you find google checkout module on the addons store. Cause i dont see it on the addon.

Please help me or give me the link if you see it.

Thanks

Hi James,

I've tested this out on the RC and SVN, but had no issues installing it. If you would like, you can download a fresh copy of the RC, extract the zip and grab the module from there.

However, please understand that the RC is not permitted for use in a live environment yet, so if that is your purpose in configuring Google Checkout right now you might want to hold off.

Hi Mike, this does not solve the problem. See here: http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/175103-is-version-15-no-longer-open-source

The google checkout and the paypal module are not part of the RC release, they are not in the online download or the SVN.

You can try to use the gcheckout module from 1.4.8 but I would not waste my time as there are certainly going to be many updates before an actual stable public release happens.
