FPDF error: Alpha channel not supported.

Receiving this error on a redirect page after PayPal payment. After a shop move from one server to another.

FPDF error: Alpha channel not supported: /home4/chiwebde/public_html/temptingaccessories/img//logo.jpg

The referenced folder name: chiwebde/public_html/temptingaccessories does not exist any longer because there is a new root folder created on the new server.

So the error is referencing a folder that no longer exists.

Trying to figure out what file is redirecting to this outdated url so that I can edit.

Shop: www.TemptingAccessories.com

Please

Ok after working on this ALL day, I finally found the problem. Looks like the invoice.jpg file in the back office under Preferences/Appearance was corrupt or something to do with an alpha channel problem when it was originally saved. So I opened it in Photoshop then saved it again as invoice.jpg, then I uploaded the file back into the invoice. Everything is working fine now.

Hope this helps others with the same problem.

michaelvila, thank you thank you thank you.

I was in panic mode after a client freak out on our first ever order and you saved the day with this help.

I actually had to try a couple times as the alpha channel on my original image was being difficult so what *I* did was took a printscreen of the prefererences/appearances page, created a new image, pasted the printscreen into a new image, cropped, and resaved as jpg, then uploaded to the invoice logo.

Thx again

SC

Thank goodness for this forum!! And thanks Michaelvila! I was using .PNG images, and that was the problem. I replaced those images with .JPG images, and everything works perfect now :) It was because the PDF creator (within this software) can not use .PNG format images.

P.S. The PDF program kept thinking the images were .jpp when they were not... could be a bug, but changing the image was easier :)
