How to add Title and Description to Index page

How can I insert or edit a title and description on the home page of the site from admin panel?

If you go to Back Office > Preferences > SEO & URLs and search for index (about no# 4) and click on the little pencil...you can add your info .

Hi thanks for your reply but I aleady tried that and what I write does not show up on the front page. There are some photos of mobile phones and a default description in latin that is one paragraph long and I want to replace with my own pics and my own description but cannot seem to do it unless I go into the file manager on the cpanel which I have not tried yet.

This seems very basic but is continuing to elude me..

That's the editorial module, to change that go to modules tab and search for home editorial and click configure
