jassy
thx mike, this worked for me, just a little favor again here before im completely solved. in the email template, i couldnt change the subject description because it is generated from the database. where can i change the email subject that says "Awaiting bank wire payment"? i preferred it to says "Pending for your online payment". appreciate your further advise. thx jassy

jhnstcks
thx mike, this worked for me, just a little favor again here before im completely solved. in the email template, i couldnt change the subject description because it is generated from the database. where can i change the email subject that says "Awaiting bank wire payment"? i preferred it to says "Pending for your online payment". appreciate your further advise. thx jassy To change that in the email you would have to change the actual order status name from Pending bank wire payment to Pending your online payment. You can do this in back-office>orders>statuses then edit click the edit button for that status and alter the status name then save.
jassy
thx mike, thx designhaus & thx jhnstcks for solving all my issues here, respectfully thx to you all. dear designhaus, i hv opted for jhnstcks's way of changing my subject heading in the emails because that way involves changes in the back office only. unless there's no other choice, else i, whom is a html-dummy, should avoid changing from html editor. once again, appreciate all your prompt reply. rgds jassy
