Base mySql: InnoDB ou MyISAM

I don't think that question is specific to Prestashop really, it's simply a question about the 2 different data stores.

 

My suggestion would be to create 2 stores, one with innodb the other with myisam and do some performance testing to answer the question, and then decide which works best for you.
