stix_
after over 2 years of automatic product import I have very big product image folder (/img/p/). Is so large, that I can't open it via ftp or cpanel. can anyone have some cleaning script for deleting images of deleted products? and exists some plugin for sorting product images in /img/p/ folder by date? for example: /img/p/2012/06/, /img/p/2012/05/ etc... prestashop 1.3.1.
CartExpert.net
Hi. You should be able to access this folder directly from your file manager in your hosting control panel. From there you can delete the images you no longer require. Regards. Robin. The CartExpert Team
Bill Dalton
There are some great programs that handle images well that run only on your local computer. You should consider downloading the image directory, or your whole web site if you haven't in a while. Create a backup. Then locally cleanup your images and then rename the clean image dir and upload. Rename the original to whatever, and then give the proper name to your clean dir. Right back at you, tobika. Where did that anger come from? Peace, please.
