rushsoccer Posted June 13, 2012 Share Posted June 13, 2012 For some reason my vouchers aren't being applied to orders (www.shoprushsoccer.com voucher NEW2012 or FRIT2012 - New is free shipping, FRIT is a % off.) There is no error message, and when I try to apply the code the page refreshes but then nothing. My cache is off and a screenshot of my backoffice is attached. tdr170 Posted June 14, 2012 Share Posted June 14, 2012 Do you have vouchers set to be Used by all customers and do you have a Total Quantity set. Mine would not work until I set a Quantity. I think when I set it up I automatically assumed 0 would set this option to "disabled" like with so many other features in the back office.
