Problems build the product index for the Front Office search

Hi Guys,

I want to build the product index for the Front Office search. When I click on “Add missing products” I get a white and empty website immediately. It worked with less than about 10000 products but now I’m getting the mentioned white site. No error is shown and the browser is not in work anymore.

 

This happens with Prestashop 1.4.8.2 and with 1.5

 

What could be the problem?

How can I proceed to solve that?

Are there known issues like that?

Have you set "display_errors" to "on" in your config/config.inc.php file?

thanks for reply. I have enabled the error reporting. I'm permanently getting the error in backend:

Warning: MemcachePool::getextendedstats(): No servers added to memcache connection in .../classes/cache/CacheMemcache.php on line 50 Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in .../classes/cache/CacheMemcache.php on line 52

 

When I disabled the memcache I was able to add some more products to Front Office search.

If you want to use memcached, you will need to contact your hosting provider. I hope this helps.
