Bruno Leveque
Hi,You have to go in the "Modules" tab and search for "Mail alerts" module and configure it.As said TropischBruin, you might also read our forums, because this question has already been answered in the past Best regards,
MeenaInc
To those who answered this question, I have searched the forums and have not found the answer to this question as mine is similar. Moving forward, if you know of a thread with the answer, post it here because the search function is not very helpful. My issue is we are not receiving emails from Prestashop when an order has been placed. We receive the PayPal email, but not one from Prestashop. Thanks,Meena, Inc.

IBICO
Any way to make mail alerts to add what products purchased?.. or do I have to check paypal or log in to order in back office?EDIT!I just noticed that my other webshop with just the same prestashop original theme have logo, colors and everything with information and product.. I don`t understand why one webshop would display everything like it should, while the other one display in text and boring layout with no information about product. Are there any setting that make the prestashop send e-mail info in txt only??.. IBICO
Now some strange thing.. again. first the setting BOTH for sending e-mail.. html and txt made a very strange e-mail with the html code showing. Then I set to HTML only.. I tested a few orders and got mail.when I checked now a few hours later, I suddenly noticed 2 more orders from people.. But I had no e-mail notification about it. I double checked e-mail addresses. Even added one more and teste with no luck. What is up with this?.. It seems very unstable.anyone with some solution?Powered by PrestaShop™ [ forum & contact ] - Version 1.1.0.5 - 0.141s
