Hi,

 

I am not sure what happened, when a customer went to checkout everything was fine. For some reason, I get "There are no carriers available that deliver to this address." I checked my settings and everything looks fine.

 

I have two carriers, "my carriers" and "US Postal Service (Outside US)". I have set the zones for each and added the fees for both as well.

 

I tried an order and received the above error. I tried a different address to a different US state and the same thing. I checked to make sure the states were enabled and they are.

 

I am running out of ideas to try. I am running 1.4.8.2.

 

I would appreciated any advice.

Have you enabled the carrier for the location? Set the prices up correctly? Sometimes it worth click on

Fees by carrier, geographical zone, and ranges

 

pick your carrier and click SAVE if there are no details listed then you have not configed it correctly. Then click the carrier tab and make sure you have your courier seleted as the default first.

 

Its a bit of fiddling but I had this problem recently within 1.4.8 i had to go through all the settings again save each step then it seemed to work, if you still get stuck drop me a message and give me a temp login and ill get it working for you

Running Prestashop v1.4.8.2

 

jconforti could you tell me what you did to get it working? I have combed through my settings and everything appears to be setup properly.
