problems with products arrange in BO

Hi.

I have problem with product arrange in BO. When I add less than 10 products everything is OK. But when I add 11 and more, products are arranged for example this, ID: 1,16,15,14,13,12,11,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10. (This is example with 16 products ID 1-16.) See also attachment. Do anybody know if this is problem of PS or MySQL? And When I chose sort product as inside catalog, also the FO is sorted like this.

 

And second problem is that when I tied to move product up and down manually to arranged them to proper position in BO( for the purpose to have certain product arrangement in FO), it was sometime almost impossible, since product jumped from position to different positions, I had chose, or also products I did not moved jumped to different position, and sometime I have could not to move some products. The I move them in BO and reload FO, the product was in same positing as before.

So horror.

 

I am using PS 1.4.0.17.
