I found that if use function in bo preferences->Search->Re-build entire index also if you see every product indexed into the Bo it is not true, as many items are not indexed into front office. I found this bug as some my customers called me and asked why many items there are no more in the web site. Now i solved in part the problem deleting 3 languages which I don't use, and now seems that almost all products are indexed. Now I have 6000 items but with more items will get the same problem.
