Layered Navigation multiple subtitle

Hi,

 

i need to change the layered navigation subtitle. its a very small change, but i can't change it.

I want to the change the 'category' word (above the select menu) of the layered navigation tranlations.

for the first Category -> 'Age',

for the second Category -> 'Type'
