problem with video in description - error on internet explorer

Hi friends ;-)

I've attached video files (.avi) in description of some products.
I've tested with all possible formats, (quicktime, shockwave, real media and windows media).

Firefox works fine with all formats, except windows media.
Nevertheless, anything works on Internet Explorer, not even windows media format.
Can you believe it?

I know, I know, Internet Explorer sucks,... but the half of our visitors use this browser.
Do you have any idea what is going bad?
