I have read document for prestashop 1.5. I really like feature multistore management. I have done instruction (http://doc.prestashop.com/display/PS15/Managing+multiple+shops), I do not know to set up the url for the new shop.

In instruction, have some example for url : EX :http://www.myprestashop.com/men/ , http://www.myprestashop.com/women/.

Accordingly, the men or women directory must be created on a computer and how to create them.

Can you help me? Thanks

I think it is category in your product Category.

It has nothing to do with folders on your computer.

To create category, you need to log in to PrestaShop back office, then go to Catalog - Category

Not at all. Do not create any URL manually, either on your server or your computer: PrestaShop takes care of creating the URL for you. When accessing this URL, PrestaShop will direct visitors to the correct store automatically.

It is still a release candidate, not a final version. there might be minor changes on theme.

so it is your own responsibility to make the decision. but I think int most cases it should be OK.

One of my customer started using PrestaShop 1.5RC1 and has been in production.

Oh right I see thanks for the response. Regarding the customer - when the final version is released is there do u foresee any difficulties in upgrading to the new version - I was considering doing the same, but worried if the upgrading part was a real pain

Again, it is difficult to say.

1. If all your requirements have been implemented and all features is there, you may not necessary to upgrade.

Only when you have critical issue with current version, but it is fixed in the new version, or you are in needs of new features from new version, usually you need to stay not upgrade.

2. In case you really want to upgrade, then you need to check the release note to identify what changes the new version has been made to judge. And you also need to test it at development/test environment, never do the upgrade directly to production site.
