how to add custom text to the shipping screen?

Hello,

 

I am brand new to PrestaShop so please forgive me if that is a silly question, I've had a look on Google and this forum but didn't find anything relevant.

 

I would like to add some text to the checkout home>shipping just bellow : "I agree to the terms of service and adhere to them unconditionally. (read)" . Anyone how to do this? Image below illustrates better what I mean to do.
