wayne Posted June 6, 2012 Share Posted June 6, 2012 Hi I am running into a problem with my store. Some of my clients are large companies. The person in thier companies who initially started purchasing products from my store have moved on to work somewhere else. This company would still like to order through my shop however all their information is linked to the user name and password set up by their "Ex-Employee" and they do not know the password. Can I look up the password on my end and forward the password to the new person who will be ordering for that company or do they have input all the information in and start from scratch as a new client?
