Mike Kranzler
Hi timeinfocus, I've viewed your site in Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer, and it looks the same to me in all three on my PC: -Mike

( e.g. ie6 and ie9). you can compare those using the cross browsers comparison. check out adobe browser lab - you may need to sign up for this. Yes, IE can tend to be a big problem for a lot of people, especially older versions, because of how outdated it has become. As a matter of fact, Microsoft, who developed IE, has created a website to urge users running older versions of IE to upgrade to versions that come closer to meeting the standards set by Chrome and Firefox especially. You can actually see their own "Death to IE 6" page here. -Mike
timeinfocus
thanks for your response. I have had issues with the site before and I came to the conclusion that she simply has a really old version of IE. Her laptop is really old. So do you think that this is the issue here? Do you think if she updated her IE I might resolve it? Also how can I remove all the links at the footer of the site? She wants it to be as simple as possible. She says its not very user friendly but I have tested it a lot and have got other people to test it to see how easy it is to purchase products. timeinfocus
I received this from my client earlier: The listing on Google does not make sense (it starts with currency??) and this is what people read before they go on to my site.. I don't see this on google but again it could be down to her IE version. Is there a way to have better ranking on google?
Mike Kranzler
Hi timeinfocus, Per the rules of the PrestaShop forums, please post each individual question as a separate thread. As for your question on this topic, I would definitely recommend that you see if she can update her browser, or even better, get away from IE completely. -Mike
