ivona Posted April 19, 2009 Share Posted April 19, 2009 I have installed prestashop on my root/homeSo the website www.clhostesseservizi.comis visible on www.clhostesseservizi.com/home - that's where the index isI want now to make a www.clhostesseservizi.com a main homepageI have tried to redirect a www.clhostesseservizi.com/ to www.clhostesseservizi.com/home/ and my server gives me 3 optons ( temporary, permanent and substitire). I have tried all of them, and the thing is that redurection works ONLY for my home page while other pages cannot be viewed...What should i do?What other options do I have? Thanks!!! ivona Posted April 23, 2009 Author Share Posted April 23, 2009 Well the problem was that I had installed prestashop on my root/ + directoryOn the root there were no index.html file so i'have created thatOn Index.html i have put a MetaTag that goes like this:<META http-equiv="REFRESH" content="3; url=http://www.blablabla.com">where 3 is a number of seconds and of course, you should put after url your websiteHope this helpsp.s. insert the metatah between head and head Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
