Can't retreive password, It won't get emailed to me.

Hi,

For some reason or another I can now not log into my admin.

So I try to get it to send me the password via email.

I am waiting and waiting and notheing is coming through. What can I do to get back in?

Hi,

I got same problem on my site.
I can't retrieve my password even customers can't receive password e-mails. Presta said that message sent but it never deliver to me or customer. However all customer messages send to shop team were delivered.

I defined SMTP function manually because mail() function is not work at hosting. What can I advise to my hoster or change on script?

Still didn't solved problems with passwords resetting... Customers can't reset passwords and double itself... It will look like small twins army))

My hoster provided mailing script attached for Prestashop mail function replacement. Who can give advise where to ad it?

One note:

My small investigations shown that PrestaShop use PHP Mail() function for password sending even SMTP settings defined manually. Is it correct?
