Categories Tree content dissapear in some pages (I'm getting crazy!)

Hi!

 

in left column I display categories tree and the problem is that in some pages it is displayed correctly

BUT in this page, only block header appears, not the content

when I browse html with firebug I see :

 

<ul class="tree dhtml" style="display: none;">

 

but I don't understand why and from where display:none was added and why it only takes effect in id_cms=9

 

any hint? I'm getting crazy with this issue.... (

hey did u find a solution to this? i also have the categories disappearing in cms pages and contact page.. anyone have an idea ?
