How to show Products "Unavailable" / "This Product is no longer available"

How to show a product "Unavailable" or "This Product is no longer available" something like this when it's not available for order.

Go to your catalog>product page and When out of stock -- check on Default - Deny orders (as set in Preferences).

 

The preferences setting in preferences>products tab should not allow for ordering the product.i,e Allow ordering of out-of-stock products: choose NO.
