Healthy Presta Designer theme - Need help plz

Hi there,

 

I purchased the Healthy Prestadesigner themes. I love your theme so far but would really appreciate it if you could provide me with basic assistance.

1. I need to change the company logo. The normal method through appearance doesn't update it on this new theme.

 

2. I uploaded categories but cannot view them on the homepage.

 

3. I've also uploaded a number of products and see them in the slider, but no images. Once I click on it, then I see it. Also, how do I list them on the homepage like I see on your demo page?

I don't believe that is a default PrestaShop module. What version of PrestaShop are you using?

Thanks Mike for your support thus far. I manage to resolve the issue with categories by doing a complete clean install of Prestashop. However, I'm still experiencing problems with MGC Carousel of products on the home page. Under Latests deals, I don't see any image of the product. However, when I click it and it takes me to the products page, I do see the image correctly.

 

I've attached a screenshot. Any advice is really appreciated.

Did you get any instructions for installing theme ?

 

Anyway try this for missing images:

that homecarousel modules use aditional image size called hot_deals,

so you will need to go to Back Office > Preferences > Images and add new

image size named hot_deals with dimensions 127 x 127 px .

And last step is to regenerate product images, but just for hot_deals size.

 

Also you can try to just edit homecarousel.tpl and change line

<img src="{$link->getImageLink($product.link_rewrite, $product.id_image, 'hot_deals')}" alt="{$product.name|escape:html:'UTF-8'}" />

 

to

 

<img src="{$link->getImageLink($product.link_rewrite, $product.id_image, 'home')}" alt="{$product.name|escape:html:'UTF-8'}" />

 

And enable Force compile from Back Office > Preferences > Performance.
