Left column disappears on some pages?

Hi folks,

 

i've got another issue with my shop - this time concerning my theme (matrice).

On some pages (especially in the "My Account" Area) my left sidebar disappears... but i don't know why?

identity.jpg>> screenhot >> disappeared

 

When i look into the "identity"-sourcecode for example, i can see the <div> for the left_column, but they are shown greyed out (and so inactive?).
