AllyM
Hi Can anyone help with this issue please?. My email order confirmation is misaligned (see attached) I've tried looking in the translations to edit but doesn't seem to work. The only way for me to test is to keep buying products which I can't afford to keep doing. I'm not super techie so any advice on how to fix would be greatly appreciated. This is not looking good for my customers who will receive a squashed up confirmation. Thanks Ally
bellini13
i compared the templates between my version (1.4.6.2) and your version (1.4.7.3) and the order_conf template are identical. Perhaps the template file was corrupted when you uploaded or tried to edit it. you could try to replace the template with a fresh one and see if that helps. also, you should avoid testing with paypal. instead install the check module and use that module for testing. you could create a test group and put your customer account in that test group, then assign the check module to only appear for the test group. pali
I'm having a similar problem. it looks like the body of the table has got an extra column compared to the tablea head. But the template only shows a variable. Does anyone know how to fix this?
