create CSV file for 1.4.8.2 v of PS. how?

Hey,

 

I need to import all my products thru CSV file, but I dont know the sequence of data should be in a file for PS 1.4.8.2. database has less tables than in older versions.

 

I tried to download data (ps_product lang) from DB as csv file to look the sequence, but file is realy big - I domt understand where is what.

 

so please, could help me anybody? could you share your example file with me?

maybe you can explain how should look CSV file of categories & products?
