Recommended Posts

Could someone pls help - new to prestahop - trying to get away from oscommerce

have set up the cart and selected paypal as payment

pls see www.ink-shop.com.au/prestashop

struggling to get paypal to offer paypal AS WELL as credit card options?

I get this on clicking the paypal option

"paypal payment - you have chosen to pay with paypal " (only this option)

and NOT the

"Have a paypal account - click here"

"Dont have a Paypal account - click here to pay with credit card"

I simply cannot get the solution and I'm sure it is something small

Try this.

Click on the "Modules tab" then "Payment & Gateways" scroll down to the paypal module and click "configure" and then ensure that you have the credit cards button ticked.

I think I've got it now as I've just tried it on my website and get the same options as you.

When you click "I confirm my order" it redirects you to the Paypal website where you should be given the option to pay by credit card or your paypal account.

Try it, your order isn't processed until you enter details into paypals website.

FOUND THE SOLUTION

in another thread

http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/116671-solved-paypal-checkout-issue-l-longmessage0-security-header-is-not-valid/

Go to the Settings tab in the PayPal module page.

Make sure that the first line that says: Sandbox mode (tests): is set to "Inactive"

I had mine set to "Active" and thats why I why getting the same message as you did.
