JonasH Posted May 31, 2012 Share Posted May 31, 2012 Hey guys, I'm experiencing some issues with the mail-functionality. Mails that are sent out to customers when they place an order work just fine. But mails from the contact form or when a customer adds a message to their order does not work. Now here is the weird part, if I change the email to which these emails should be sent to, to any email address that isn't on the same domain as the Prestashop installation, it works. I tried changing the contact email to my private gmail address and all the mails from when customers add messages to their orders are recieved by me, but as soon as I change the email back to the original email which is on the same domain as the prestashop installation, it's no longer working. The email addresses on this domain are working 100% EXCEPT when Prestashop tries to send emails to them. Has anyone ever encountered this error before? My guess is that it is caused by some mail server setting, but I don't know what it can be. Thanks! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
