Importing products .csv with multiple quantity discounts

There are two fields in the product csv template, named discount amount and discount percentage.

 

My question is can I import multiple quantity discount by editing those two fields. And if so what is the format of those fields.

 

For example, I have a product that is $25.

A customer buy 10 to 20 of it, I give 10 percent discount.

and if he buy 21 to 40 of the product, I give 30 percent discount.

 

How would I import the quantity discounts with product csv file.
