Dee P.
I am using the latest version of Prestashop and USPS Module 1.2.3. I have set up the General Configuration with First Class, Priority Commercial, Express Commercial, Express Commercial, Parcel and Media. Have five categories with First Class, Priority Commercial and Express Commercial. Have chosen commercial over regular since I plan on purchasing postage online. The only shipping option which shows up in checkout is Express Mail and sometimes First Class. I do not think I have ever seen Priority Mail show up on the checkout page. It is clearly checked on the module. Also, when I make changes the checkout page does not show the changes. Anyone know how to fix this? Dee P.
Ok, still working on this. I have deleted all the Category Settings I had and created new ones. Also, removed 2 shipping options leaving only First Class, Priority Commercial and Express Commercial and changed "Split one item per package" to "All Items in one package". Hit the configure button. Originating zip code was and is there. Now, I get "There are no carriers available that deliver to this address". For some reason, the module is not picking up any of my changes. Do I need to reset or uninstall/reinstall? Dee P. angelelegancevintage.com
Dee P.
Ok, have uninstalled and followed the instructions in a previous post at http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/158733-usps-module-is-bugged-out/ Have reinstalled and still get There are no carriers available that deliver to this address. Any know how I can get past this to see if the USPS module shows the shipping options correctly?
