Probleme inscription client

j'ai installé une boutique prestashop tout fonctionne bien, sauf lors de l'inscription d'un nouveau client j'ai ce message

je suis sous prestashop 1.4... j'ai acheté un template d'origine anglaise ou americaine, lors de l'inscription je remplis tout les champs dans l'onglet pays je selectionne "france" à savoir c'est le seul pays dans la liste, j'ai vu sur internet que je dois modifier le fichier authentification.php voici le code ci dessous à savoir que dreamwear me signale une erreur de synthaxe à la ligne 5, je vous remercie à tous de votre aide
