Ortegahey
Hi, I am setting up a Prestashop web and this is new for me. The problem I face is that, when I import product data from a csv file, base price is loaded as rounded, with no decimals, so when calculating the final price with the tax, it is wrong too. If I introduce data manually there is no problem. It only happens when importing. Any ideas? Mike Kranzler
Hi Ortegahey, Have you checked our CSV Import guide to confirm that you've followed all the necessary steps, including formatting of the CSV, to ensure that it imports successfully? -Mike
Ortegahey
Hi Mike, Thanks for your fast answer! I didn't notice it until today. No luck! I have thoroughly followed the import guide (thanks for that too!), but I get the same result. Let me explain the problem better. A product like this: idart;name;type;pretax;VAT;finalprice;fotoweb;cuantity 33729;PLT/124;pendientes;36,4831;18;43,05;http://canelamoda.es/img/p/0-13-3-21.jpg;5 is displayed as 36,00€ without tax and 42,48 with tax (18%VAT) I have tried two approaches: ignoring pre-tax price, ignoring post-tax price, but I always get the rounded pre-tax price with no decimals. I have hosted it in freehostia for testing purposes. It uses version 1.3.3.0. Could this be the problem? Mike Kranzler
Hi Ortegahey, According to this report on The Forge, it appears that this was fixed in version 1.4.3. -Mike
Ortegahey
Thank you very much, Mike I spent some time yesterday going around this problem, but I didn't think it was a version related one. I suppose I will have to manually correct the figures, if only for testing purposes. Regards,
