it is in polish, but it doesn't matter

there tweeter, google, facebook, 3 buttons, on right column, I am looking something like that.

There are some wigets for wordpress, it would be nice have something for prestashop

I've not seen a module that uses that code (yet) but what you could do is place that code within a module your using that is found in the right hook just place the code outside the {/if} or closing </div> and it should fit in fine
