Can't log in to my admin and never received a new password.

I can not log in to my admin back office i tried many thing that i have found in community forum and still have not fix the problems. I really don't know what to do please help resolved this problems for me.

I tried sent me new password and nothing come through my hotmail I did twice.

My URL is www.gangofdivas.com/admin_harriss
and i looked in to password.php it's said $errors[] = Tools::displayError('error with your account and your new password cannot be sent to your e-mail; please report your problem using the contact form');
Please help asap
