gray
For some reason Prestashop has suddenly stopped working online. Nothing, not even the intro page. But it works on localhost. I host my own Apache server, and have other web sites that work perfectly OK. Any ideas, as its pulling my hair.

gray
I am having some strange things happen, not sure if its presta or apache or my ip provider. I can access http://gb-online.co.uk/ but not http://www.gb-online.co.uk/ Then I get no further.

gray
Yes, but nothing has changed in /config/settings.inc.php for over 2 years. So this should not be the problem. I am now getting an error message in my browser "Link to database cannot be established" in going to http://gb-online.co.uk/prestashop/

I am now getting an error message in my browser "Link to database cannot be established" in going to http://gb-online.co.uk/prestashop/ In that case, I would definitely suggest that you check with your hosting provider, because this does not appear to be anything happening on PrestaShop's end. -Mike
gray
Hi thanks for the guidance, but it has cleared itself. It looks like DNS propagation time. As my ip address was changed 3 days ago, Everything else worked fine apart from this one website.
