Customer cannot login in to Account

Hi,

 

I have been using eWay as a payment gateway.

 

I have set up an account to test the payment module. I had my details in the backoffice,. I have tried to login in, and it states that it does not recognise the account.

 

I have then tried to setup the same account, but it states that there is 'already an account with those registered details'. I have tried to login into an old account, but it is not having any of it!!!

 

It is bizarre, I am running Prestashop 1.3.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
