BUT

 

I would like to make the Header and above like this templates http://livedemo00.te...stashop_36491/.

 

 

Can you tell me if its hard to make the changers.

Not for someone who is familiar with PHP/HTML/CSS/JS/Smarty and who worked with PrestaShop templates before. If you are a merchant and wondering if you can manage it yourself, depends on how determined you are. Do not assume you will be able to get step-by-step instructons to affect such a change in the forums. Hire a developer/designer to do it for you.
