In my classes folder i have toolsinstall.php already but also i attached the file which you send me but the result is still the same.. what can be the alternative solution ?

No, not in the /install directory. From your root, go to /classes and put the file directly in there (and remove it from the install directory where you just put it).

Well that would explain your issue then! :P

Personally, I would suggest that you completely delete everything from FTP and start from scratch just out of caution in case you're missing other folders as well.

Just make sure you copy everything over via FTP this time so that you don't have any missing folders this time around!

Yes, please delete everything from your PrestaShop installation over FTP and reinstall from scratch. When you're missing a key directory like /classes it is a concern that you may be missing more as well.
