Why my front office not working?

Please check out the site, I've installed prestashop but i am really don't know alot how install in properly. Please if any one can help what have I done wrong here? and i can't sign to the backend office either I clicked forgotten password but i never receive and any new password in my email at all.
Please Help!!!

looks like your you style sheet is missing

/prestashop/themes/prestashop/css/global.css

For retriveing passwords - theer are several solution, search the forum for "lost password"

Thank you for your fast reply what do i need to do when i go to /prestashop/themes/prestashop/css/global.css

Well I am not sure without knowing what is installed (and I am no expert in this area) where but usually I would expect to see

/themes/prestashop/css/global.css if site is in web root (not a sub-folder).

It looks like you have a subfolder in the path /prestashop first -is this the case that Prestashop is installed in a subfolder?

Also, you can switch or errors

If you open /config/config.inc.php you will see a line as follows at the top of the file;

@ini_set('display_errors', 'off');
If you change this to
@ini_set('display_errors', 'on');

You have now enabled error reporting. Just remember to turn this back to off in a live installation.

Also, check in your admin

first setting under preferences and make sure path is set correct
