How do I increase subcategories image size?

I search for answer in the forum and came across this thread:

However, I do not understand the solution. I have zero web building knowledge but am trying my best to learn. It says "For anyone that has the same problem, you need to edit line 34 in category.tpl"

 

How do I get to the page where i can edit the .tpl?

Here is the screenshot of where you can modify the categories images.

But probably some changes in css should be made as well. It's very individual and depends on the theme.

thanks Andrei, I've tried that before, but it doesn't work. Cos the option is for category not the subcategory. I've also tried to create a new subcat but it still need to edit the .tpl which I do not know how to.
