You can find an old car for very little / free, and you can get a fancy car for hundred's of thousands of dollars. If you buy a theme rather than have one custom made, and if you do not need any special features, your cost would be fairly low, maybe a few modules to make the shop look a little nicer, and maybe more efficient back end.
