Add Image To Product Layout

Does anyone know how to add an image to the product layout (images will vary, depending on product).

For example i want to add an image with a Size Chart (3 column - 10 row or basically any image).

I would like to add it under the Short description or anywhere.

Could it be possible to insert the image into the Description?

Could a custom field be created?

Sorry for all the questions i'm just brainstorming here trying to figure out the best way to do this.
