[SOLVED] How to change the storefront logo

[cmserene]

Can someone please direct me to the area where I can change the logo on my new storefront? Also, how do I get rid of the monitor clip art (on the left sidebar) that comes with the initial PrestaShop installation?

 

I also can't figure out how to change the default currency in the back office :/

 

I am new here (obviously) and will likely have some other questions as I go ) Any help is much appreciated!

Hi cmserene,

First of all, welcome to PrestaShop! You can change your logo through the Back Office under Preferences > Appearance. As for the monitor image, you can disable or change that through the Back Office under Modules > Block advertising.

You can change the logo by Backend => Preferences => Appearance.

 

To rid off the monitor clip art, you need to uninstall or disable module named "blockadvertising"
